Shipping Delivery is £2.95 per item worldwide,and is FREE over £99.00,shipping takes 5-7 business days approximately, however this is only an estimate,at peak times,(Christmas etc,delivery can be 7-14 business days)and celebritysilvers.com cannot be held to specific time scales, if your goods have not arrived within 10-15 working days please contact us and we will check on the status of your order

Refunds /Returns
 Can I exchange my order or get a refund if im not satisfied?
Answer: 

We will be only to happy to issue a refund as long as the goods are returned within 14 days of receiving your goods. They must be in NEW condition. Postage costs for returns and exchanges will be payable by the customer.

 

We must be notified about any return product within 3 days of receipt . All goods must be received back in their original packaging and in new condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please enclose comments on your requests to assure a faster turn around time. The Cost of return shipping to and from will also be payable by the customer,also a 25% re stocking fee will be deducted along with the shipping costs for returned items.

 

I want to cancel my Order before they ship 

Ive ordered goods at www.celebritysilvers.com but ive decided I want to cancel the order if they have not been sent. Can I do this please?

 Answer: 

Yes as long as the goods have not been sent, a £10.00 cancellation fee will apply. If they have been dispatched then we are unable to stop the item delivery. But if we have not posted your product and you still want to cancel that is fine.please read all our terms before making payment as you will be bound by them once payment is recieved
